On Feb 28th, I met with Alan Summers to discuss the next stage in the development of the In Darwin’s Garden project. Alan has produced a preliminary augmented reality (AR) visualisation of the mulberry tree that can be viewed using smart phones or ipads using the “Junaio” application.

During my visit to New York last week I did an interview with Andrew Haik Demirjian for “Art on Air” at the Clocktower Gallery. We talked about the forthcoming new edition of my book and other recent projects. The interview will be broadcast later in the year to coincide with the publication of the book.

The Digital Aesthetic 3, 2012 Conference and Exhibitions at the Harris Museum and the PR1 Gallery in Preston opened on Friday, Oct 5th.
